To love or not to love?

what is love? why do we love? Do people truly "love" each other like you think or do they put up an act to get sympathy and respect, there are many pros and cons to loving a person, one good thing is having a companion,someone who understands you and is always looking out for you, there are many troubles with love as well, once you loose love it hurts many feel like they have been shut down or stopped in their tracks, so "to love or not to love" is the question and were the ones who answer it.
